Window Tint Wisconsin

Window tinting and tail light tinting?
I have a 1991 Toyota Tercel and i was possibly going to tint the windows and lights. I live in Wisconsin and know that the window tint laws are as follows... ( % is light coming through) Windshield - none, Front windows - 50%, back windows and rear window 35%. Now my car has no tint. Would it look stupid if it were 50% in front and 35% in back or should i do all 50%? my second question is can you tint head lights and tail lights with window tint film? Or do you need a special film? thanks
Go with 50% all the way around in my opinion (except windshield of course.) The two levels of tint looks terrible, at least to me. As far as tail lights go, use nightshade (comes in spray cans). The more coats you spray on, the darker the lens gets. Be careful, you can go so dark that they're hard to see even at night, which is both illegal and a good way to get rear-ended. Tinting headlights is iffy in any situation, but if you want the look i suggest getting smoke lens covers. These you can take off with relative ease in case of the police not liking it.
